1Acknowledging the Terms

These Terms cover your access to and use of the VIPJL platform, including its games, wallet services, promotions, and customer support, all available at vipjl.study. vipjl.studyWhen you register an account, add funds, or place a bet with VIPJL, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these Terms.

2Eligibility

• You cannot be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a VIPJL staff member.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement according to the laws that apply to you.

VIPJL may ask for proof of age, identity, or address at any time. If you fail to provide acceptable documents within a reasonable period, we may suspend your account and hold your funds until verification is complete.

3Account Registration

Each player is allowed to hold One account per player. only one account on the VIPJL platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited; all linked accounts will be closed and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

When you sign up, make sure all the details you provide are accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Submitting false or misleading information violates these platform terms and may lead to immediate account suspension or closure.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. VIPJL will never ask for your password through email, live chat, or any other channel. If you think your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

Everything done under your account credentials is your responsibility, even if you did not authorize it. VIPJL is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access when you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your login details.

KYC Verification

VIPJL follows a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process common in the industry. You may be asked to submit a clear copy of a government-issued ID, such as a national ID, passport, or driver's license. Withdrawal requests above certain amounts will only be released after your KYC verification is completed.

4Deposits and Payments

You can fund your VIPJL account through several supported deposit channels. Available options include e-wallets, online bank transfers, and over-the-counter payment services.All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the Deposit / Withdraw deposit section of your account, and these limits may change from time to time.

In most cases, funds deposited to your VIPJL wallet are credited instantly. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number so we can check it right away.

Deposit Conditions

• You may only add funds from a payment method that is registered under your own name.
• Deposits made by another person are strictly not allowed. If we identify a deposit that came from a third party, we will return it and may suspend the account.
• VIPJL does not charge any deposit fees, but your mobile banking or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• If you deposit the wrong amount or use the wrong method by mistake, it cannot always be reversed. Contact support as soon as possible so we can assist you.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method you used for your most recent deposit. VIPJL will never send funds to an account that is not in your name.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Major e-wallets: Within 1–4 hours of approval
• Other fast e-wallets: Within 1–4 hours of approval
• Additional e-wallet options: Within 2–6 hours of approval
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days

Withdrawals requested during peak hours or outside regular business hours may take a bit longer. If there is any delay, VIPJL will let you know in advance.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Before you can withdraw amounts above the standard limit, your account must pass full KYC verification. This rule applies to all players aged 21 and above.
• If you have an active bonus, you must complete its wagering requirements first before you can withdraw any winnings from that bonus.
• VIPJL may run extra security checks on withdrawal requests, especially for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity. This is part of our standard player protection process.
• The lowest amount you can withdraw is shown in the Finance / Wallet area, and the figure may be updated from time to time.

6Bonuses and Promotions

VIPJL gives a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including new sign-ups and long-time members aged 21 and above. Every bonus follows the terms that come with the specific offer, plus the general bonus rules listed on this page.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds go into a separate bonus wallet. You can only withdraw them after you have completed the required wagering or rollover condition tied to that offer.
• Wagering requirements are figured as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, a 20x requirement means you need to place bets worth 20 times the bonus value before those funds become withdrawable cash.
• Different games do not count the same way toward the wagering requirement. The exact contribution percentage for each game type is listed in the terms of the specific promo.
• Each bonus carries an expiration date. If you do not use the bonus funds within the stated period, the system automatically removes them from your account.
• Unless the promo terms say otherwise, only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time.

Bonus Abuse

VIPJL treats bonus abuse as a serious matter. Examples of bonus abuse include creating several accounts just to claim the same offer, using bots or automated software to satisfy wagering requirements, or placing bets that take advantage of bonus terms to lock in a profit no matter the result. If an account is found to be involved in bonus abuse, it will be suspended and all linked bonus funds will be forfeited.

7Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on VIPJL — including Astar Live, Super Keno, Table Tennis, Rise of Apollo, Cannon Fishing, Judo — run on certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers.

Once a game result is confirmed by the system, it is final. VIPJL cannot change any outcome after it has been settled. If you believe a result is wrong due to a technical error, contact support within 24 hours and provide the game round ID.

Technical Malfunctions

If a technical malfunction affects a game round, VIPJL may void the affected wagers and return stakes to players. That decision is final. VIPJL is not liable for losses caused by technical issues beyond our reasonable control, such as internet connection problems on the player's side.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to every game and are shown in each game's interface. VIPJL may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

8Prohibited Conduct

The actions below are strictly prohibited on the VIPJL platform. Taking part in any of them will lead to immediate account suspension and may also result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or play on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using false personal information or impersonating another person
• Registering several accounts just to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing VIPJL staff or other players
• Taking advantage of software bugs or errors to make money — any winnings earned this way will be treated as invalid

9Account Suspension and Closure

VIPJL may suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if any of the following apply:

• Violating any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Not completing KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Giving false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Abusive, threatening, or harmful behavior toward other players or VIPJL staff
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency

If an account is suspended while an investigation is ongoing, all funds held in it will be frozen until the case is completed. If no violation is found, the account will be restored and the funds released. If a violation is confirmed, the funds may be forfeited partially or in full.

• Losses resulting from a player not following these Terms
